OUR FEES
Our fee ranges between 6-8%. Our fee is based on the complexity of your practice and your individual or group billing needs.
- 1-3 providers in practice-6%
- 4-6 providers in practice-7%
- 7 or more providers in practice-8%
Our fees are calculated on actual receipts your office receives and reports to Liberty Billing, LLC for billing and record keeping purposes. Liberty Billing will send you an invoice at the end of each month and it will be based upon your receipt's reported to Liberty Billing, LLC in the month prior.
Our monthly fee includes responsive telephone services 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday), postage and supplies needed to bill your patients and their insurance companies. THERE ARE NO HIDDEN COSTS!!!
There is a "one time" set-up fee of $150.00 (per provider) for the electronic billing process. This fee is due upon signing of the Billing Service Agreement.
Plus there are 2 separate monthly fees:
1) Ongoing electronic billing technical support, which is billed to each provider at the beginning of each quarter ($18.75 per quarter/$75 per year).
2) $25.00 per month will be added to your invoice to safely store and protect your confidential patient data and important financial information on a secure remote server and is 100% HIPAA compliant.

Onsite/One-on-one consulting services also available at $45 per hour (4 hour minimum) Travel beyond 25 miles will be subject to additional travel fees at $.50 per mile.
